The White VW Polo which has been terrorising local residents has been seized, two suspects arrested

Two suspects believed to be behind a spate of armed robberies and hijackings with atleast three house robberies in Laudium and multiple reports of them having robbed people walking on the streets of Laudium have been arrested on Wednesday evening.

The teams, MDOC CI CIT TEAM, GAUTENG SAPS HIGHWAY PATROL, TRACKER CONNECT, ICB-INSURANCE CRIME BUREAU, DPCI TOMS HQ, EMERGENCY & RESCUE SA, BADBOYZ SECURITY AND VISION TACTICAL SECURITY pounced on a residential premises in Lotus Gardens, west of Pretoria where the white VW Polo was found and one suspect was arrested.

The second suspect was arrested at a home in Atteridgeville with an unlicensed firearm and ammunition.

According to a report, multiple pairs of hand gloves, false registration plates and cellphones were also recovered.
